Functional Consultant : SAP SuccessFactors

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a specialization in Employee Central and Time Tracking to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in time tracking functionalities, to enhance our HR processes and solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, with a strong emphasis on Time Tracking.
- Utilize SQL and relational databases to optimize time and attendance processes.
- Configure and customize time tracking solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective time recording and attendance management solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve module-related issues.
- Demonstrate leadership in guiding a team through the EC implementation project, ensuring collaboration with offshore teams.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of SAP experience, specifically with SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, Time Off, Timesheet, and integration with third-party tools.
- A proven track record in successfully delivering large, multi-module SuccessFactors projects.
- Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, self-direction, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation experiences in SF Employee Central with People Analytics and Time and Attendance.
- A strong commitment to customer service, with a proactive approach to enhancing service quality and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Flexibility and analytical skills in a problem-solving environment are a must.
